Me, Pete, Frank, and Mark
19-20 May 2001
We took Frank's caravan down to South
Creak for a Weekend of camping and cycling . . Oh yes . . and drinking !!
 
Very good weather for the weekend, so we had to have a BBQ with a lump of
Steak and 5 pints each.
Who said East Anglia was flat !!! We had a lot of undulating roads,
most of which went up !

Mark also met up with an old friend from Wales !!

We cycled about 34 miles the first day with only one pub stop on the way at
The Gin Trap. After a very nice BBQ and a few drinks back at camp, we all wondered
to the
pub at the bottom of the hill.

Well . . all except Pete, who had of ideas . . BED!

The second day brought even better weather, but due to Mark having another
SLIGHT CHILL, we only managed 24 miles, 1 ice cream, 1 coffee and 2 pints !!
Mark, even with his slight chill, still left us early to go off and do a 10
mile training RUN, (without helping to put any of the camping gear away . .
shame on you)
